Dr. Neil Narendra Trivedi completed his MCh Urology at King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEM Hospital), Mumbai — one of India's historic centres of surgical excellence, and a training ground for some of the country's most distinguished surgeons. His membership of the Société Internationale d'Urologie (SIU) — the premier global urology academic body — reflects an international orientation that is reflected in his clinical approach and technique refinement.
Before completing his MCh, Dr. Trivedi gained early surgical experience at HN Hospital, Mumbai — working in the Departments of Surgery and Urology with significant exposure to renal transplant surgery — followed by senior registrar experience at JJ Hospital, Mumbai, and at PD Hinduja National Hospital, Mumbai. This Mumbai-based surgical training across multiple high-volume institutions provides the procedural foundation for the range of urology he now performs at KIMS.
At KIMS Secunderabad, Dr. Trivedi practices across the full breadth of urological surgery — uro-oncology (prostate, bladder, and kidney cancer), robotic surgery in the Da Vinci Xi and X programme, minimally invasive stone surgery (RIRS and Mini-PCNL), laser prostate surgery (HoLEP and TURP), kidney transplant surgery, andrological conditions, and paediatric urology. His specific expertise in neurogenic bladder and urodynamics makes him one of the key urologists in the KIMS Neuro-Urology and Urodynamics Centre.
