Yes, for most stones at KIMS. RIRS (Retrograde Intra-Renal Surgery) removes kidney stones up to 2 cm without any incision a flexible telescope is passed through the natural urinary passage and a laser fragments the stone. Larger stones are treated with Mini-PCNL, which uses only a 5mm pinhole in the back. Most patients go home the same day or the next morning.
TULSA-PRO is a treatment for prostate cancer and BPH that uses MRI-guided ultrasound energy to destroy diseased prostate tissue with no incision, no radiation, and active protection of surrounding nerves.
