Dr. Likhiteswer Pallagani is KIMS Secunderabad's primary robotic urological surgeon — the operator behind the 400+ robotic surgeries performed at KIMS using the Da Vinci Xi and X platforms. His Vattikuti Foundation Fellowship in Uro-Oncology and Robotic Surgery, conducted at AINU (Asian Institute of Nephrology and Urology), Hyderabad, is one of the most competitive subspecialty robotic surgery training programmes for Indian urologists — the Vattikuti Foundation (based in Michigan, USA) supports advanced robotic surgery training and education globally.

Dr. Pallagani's surgical scope in uro-oncology covers the full range of urological cancers: robotic radical prostatectomy (RARP) for prostate cancer, robotic partial and radical nephrectomy (RAPN and RARN) for kidney cancer with particular attention to nerve-sparing and kidney function preservation, robotic radical cystectomy (RARC) for muscle-invasive bladder cancer with neobladder or ileal conduit reconstruction, and surgeries for penile and testicular cancers.
